About tsRFunction
tsRFunction help users predict the functions of tRF target genes by performing GO (Gene ontology) enrichment analysis.
The enrichment analysis will be determined by using a hypergeometric test and FDR correction.
There are two ways you can use the tsRFunction:
- After you input your sequencing reads of RNA and finish the prediction task, you can view the enrichment result of the target genes of prdicted tRFs by clicking the button in the "Function" column.
- You can also click the tsRFunction in the top menu to use tsRFunction more directly, with no need to run a prediction workflow.
