About tsRinCancer
tsRinCancer provides an integrated view of the expression of tsRNAs are distributed among different types of cancers from TCGA.
We evaluate the significance of the abandance of sequenced sRNAs distributed on each tRNA by Binomial Test, and totally found 4292 tsRNAs expressed across 32 different types of cancer samples. Then, we filtered these tsRNAs expressed in less than 30% samples in each cancer types, and got 905 tsRNA candidates.
