tsRSurvival calcultes the prognosis value of tsRNAs among different types of cancers by the log-rank test.
pvalue <= 0.05 as threshold to filter which tsRNA is significant to patients' survival.
tsRSurvival provides the survival KM curve plot for survival related gene and highlighted them. User can click on them to view the Kaplan-Meier plot.
