赵慧英

个人简介

赵慧英博士，中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院“百人计划”、博士生导师、大数据平台主任。博士毕业于美国印第安纳大学计算机学院，2015年入选澳大利亚国家人才项目Peter Dohorty Fellow，2017年，中山大学“百人计划” 人才引进。主要从事利用人工智能和大数据分析技术，开展基因和医疗大数据分析及挖掘。已开发了十几个疾病诊断相关方法,近年发表60多篇通讯/第一作者文章，包括 Nucl. Acid Res.，Genome Biology, International Journal of Epidemiology, BMC Medicine, American Journal of Epidemiology等。在研主持/承担多项国家基金委项目、国家重点研发项目和省重点研发项目。担任中国计算机学会生物信息专业委员会委员，Human Genomics 编委，Human Genetics客座编辑。 联系方式：zhaohy8@mail.sysu.edu.cn
