赵慧英

个人简介

赵慧英，研究员，博导，中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院大数据平台主任。博士毕业于美国印第安纳大学计算机学院；曾入选澳大利亚国家人才计划Peter Dohorty Fellow; 中山大学“百人计划” 人才引进。主要从事医院大数据的平台构建及计算分析。依托中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院建立了“逸仙医学大数据平台“， 通过数据标准化等技术治理了本院超过10年、80多个专科、600多万人的临床数据，并与国际多个公开数据集进行整合，结合人工智能技术系统地建立了个性化多组学数据分析算法，形成了数据、算法、结果可视化一体的生物医学大数据分析平台。近5年，在 Nature Communications, eBiomedicine, Nucleic Acid Research等期刊发表60多篇通讯/第一作者文章， 主持或承担多项国家自然科学基金和重点研发项目。担任中国计算机协会生物信息学委员会委员、广东生生物信息学会理事、Springer Nature 出版社Human Genetics副主编、Human Genomics 等国际著名期刊编委。
